The undefeated two-year-old Tyler’s Tribe (Sharp Azteca-Impazible Woman by Mission Impazible) will continue his run for glory not only on the track but in spirit and accomplishment for his namesake, eight-year-old Tyler Juhl who has battled childhood leukemia and recently announced he is cancer-free. Juhl has a large following of family and friends including a Facebook fan page of followers also known as “Tyler’s Tribe” that cheer both the boy and Thoroughbred on. The precocious gelding owned by °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Hall of Famer Tom Lepic and trainer Tim Martin is a perfect five-for-five, including four stakes wins, guided by 2022 °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Leading Thoroughbred Jockey Kylee Jordan. Tyler (Juhl) is Tom Lepic’s grandson who has enjoyed coming to the races at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ and knowing there’s a horse named after him makes it so much more special to everyone involved. You are sure to see Tyler’s Tribe t-shirts and the large following at Keeneland next weekend to not only support the horse but support and cheer Tyler’s fight against leukemia. The two-day championship event will be shown live across, NBC, Peacock, USA Network, and FanDuel TV (formerly TVG). Check local listings for specific programming times.
